Band 8A Pharmacist

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self motivated experienced pharmacist who will be leading the pharmacy services to the Mental Health directorate. The pharmacy service is well established and highly regarded and you will be a valued member of the multidisciplinary team.

The right candidate will be involved in delivering pharmacy services to busy mental health wards, outside units and community mental health teams and attending consultant ward rounds. They will also be a key player in audit and research.

Experienced Required

The candidate will need to be a skilled clinical pharmacist with excellent interpersonal skills and ideally have a post graduate qualification in psychiatric therapeutics. You will need to have experience of service delivery and be keen to develop the mental health service further.
